William Griggs
William has been involved with construction for almost 20 years. He has experience in smoke, fire, water, smoke and mold remediation and carries the following IICRC certifications for the industry: (CCT) Carpet Cleaning Technician, (WRT) Water Restoration Technician, (ASD) Applied Structural Drying, and (HST) Health and Safety Technician. William hopes to attain his Master Water Restorer designation by the end of 2022. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Economics from Auburn University Montgomery. William has two sons who attend The Carver School For Mathematics, Science, and Technology. In their spare time, the three enjoy hunting, fishing, camping, playing sports, cub scouts, and watching college football.
Will Hays
Will Hays is the Operations Manager for HaysCo. He has several years of experience in the cleaning and remediation service industry. Will is IICRC certified in WRT-Water Restoration and AMRT- Advanced Mold Remediation, and TCST- Trauma and Crime Scene. Will is also educated in the staining, application of epoxy, decorative overlays, among other specialties related to concrete flooring. He has three children, all boys, and lives with his wife Brittani in Dothan.
Josh Hays
Josh Hays is the president of HaysCo. He has been a part of the cleaning business since he was 16 years old. He has experience in carpet care, floor maintenance, project management, janitorial care, and all other services related to the cleaning business. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Troy University. He also is certified in IICRC WRT- Water Restoration. Josh is married with two kids, a 7 year old daughter who attends Providence Christian School and a 8 month old boy.

Our History
In August 2020, Josh Hays, the President of HaysCo, saw an opportunity to start a business in Fire and Water Restoration, a field he had always been interested in. He quickly seized the chance to develop this new venture. Partnering with William Griggs, a professional with several years of experience in restoration, they established a business that focused on Fire, Smoke, Mold, and Water Restoration within their local community.
