Our History

In August 2020, Josh Hays, the President of HaysCo, saw an opportunity to start a business in Fire and Water Restoration, a field he had always been interested in. He quickly seized the chance to develop this new venture. Partnering with William Griggs, a professional with several years of experience in restoration, they established a business that focused on Fire, Smoke, Mold, and Water Restoration within their local community.

The partnership worked well for both Hays and Griggs. Hays was able to fulfill his ambition to start a business in a field he was passionate about. Meanwhile, Griggs could continue utilizing his expertise, free from the restrictions and challenges associated with running a national franchise. Given his background, Griggs was the natural choice for the role of General Manager of HaysCo, and he now oversees the daily operations of the business.

HaysCo has seen steady growth since its inception. The company is equipped with up-to-date tools and has a skilled team ready to handle any restoration job, no matter the size. Its consistent progress and ability to take on any project underscore HaysCo’s solid standing in the industry.
